Hay Guys.. Got this nice scrubber while hunting with a good friend last week in Cape York..

The shoot was taken at about 18 meters broard side and to my surprise a complete pass through with the arrow embedding into the tree behind him..

The bull barely knew what hit him dropping him where he stood within 60 seconds.. by far my cleanest kill on such a big animal..

cheers Guy..

Well done!
That sure is gutsy to take a big bull like that with a recurve!

Thanks Guys for your kind words..
In answer to some questions.. "Outback Preditor" was right on the money..
My bow is a Great Plains SR Swift take down recurve.. It measures 60" AMO 70# @ 29" I had Bill Forman build it for me along with two other sets of limbs 50# and 60# about one year ago.. Iam very happy with it as it is quite fast yet still smooth to draw..
As for my arrows they are Carbon Express Heritage 350s tipped with tusker aztecs and 5'' shield cut feathers which fly perfectly out of my 70# bow..
Sorry ''Garden Gnome" There is not much else to tell other then I was chasing pigs at the time, with two failed stalks on good pigs due to swirling winds and a caramel brumby.. This scrubber unknowingly walked up on us while we were checking wallows down an old creek bed..

cheers Guy..

Nice work mate. I recently parted company with a Great Plains Palo Duro TD curve. Great bows and mine was as yours is very smooth to shoot and draw.
