Nice one man!

I'm grabbing a dozen german pine shafts hopefully tomorrow to build up. Here's hoping I do at least half as good a job as you have!

How long do you stand the arrows between coats?

Reece...
I use a Dipping Tube for my coats of lacquer, so I only need to wait 30 minutes between coats (depending on the weather). It's a really quick and easy way to get the job done!

Well-done! Where do you get German pine shafts from? And what's the finished weight? Happy hunting with 'em!

Hi Ben,

John McDonald has them. When I quizzed him about the weight I got the following:
random selection of 3 shafts 60-65 spine [I assume 33"]
POC- 415 gr
Scots Pine- 451 gr
German Pine- 474 gr.
