Can you hunt in Bathurst?

My uncle has a few acres just outside of Bathurst and his property is chock o block full of rabbits and foxes. He's fine with me and my brother hunting there only if its legal. Can I just rock up with a bow and shoot stuff on his property?

Providing you have permission, and it sounds as tho you do, it is ok to hunt Rabbits and fox's on private property, you do not need a licence for these animals,a Game council "G" Licence will cover you for deer on private property...
