The clowdiness comes from to much humidity and lack of temperature. The plisters come from the same thing but are caused by the solvent. Let it dry for a week and give it a good sand. Then coat but make sure its not raining and the temp is above 18 deg. The other thing is to make sure the bow is warm too.

Ok thanks heaps I noticed it is worse on the side facing the sun when it was on the drying rack would that make sence?Does coat thickness have any affect also as I was loading the coats on thick at the time.
Thanks again in advance for the help I am a plumber not a painter.

if the coat is to thick the out side drys and the solvent underneath can not evaperate (spelling) so it bubbles up. can also happen when force drying the paint.

If you want to do a thick coat, you can buy 2 part varnish/sealers. Otherwise, keep your coats thin and about 20 mins apart.
Use thinners in cooler temps and retarders when it warms up.
