posting pics

It is driving me crazy I cant do it I think it is because in photo bucket after I up load the pick underneath it is suppose to say url which I cant find. Underneath my pic it says

Email and im
Direct link
Html code
Image code

Are any of these the same as URL?
Please help

this is the how to post pics :D

1. sign up for an account on www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com/). photobucket will "host" the pictures for you
2. activate your account by following the link sent to you via email
3. sign into photobucket.com with the username and password you have selected
4. now you should be on "my album page" with an "add picture" box. Click the "browse" button and locate the picture you wish to port on your computer. (makes it easy if you have a photos folder on your desktop). double click on the photo you wish to add.
5. click the submit button on the photobucket site. Now your photo has been uploaded!
6. You will notice on your photobucket screen that the photo is towards the bottom and under it a box saying "url" with text looking somewhat like this http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...k/dcp-1804.jpg (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v600/simsshmick/dcp-1804.jpg) You need to copy this text (highlight the text and press ctrl and c at the same time) now your ready to post in our forum
7. open your new post or reply box (im sure you know how to do this) write your post as normal and at the spot you want to insert the picture click on the button that says "img" (its just above the bow where your typing)
8. now it's time to inset that line of text we copied. Press ctrl and v at the same time. (no spaces between the bow and the next line of text needed) now you need to click on the img button again, it should now have a * at the end.
9. to test your photo will appear properly click on the preview button at the bottom of the page and your finished :D [/url]

Aso when you are uploading the pics from you Photobucket to the site thread, take out the other URL. Do not double up on it. I use the direct link & it works for me.

Hey mate the new setup is not like that anymore. I had the same problem. If you go into photbucket and copy the whole IMG Code line, if you click on the box ( bottom box, 4th from top, under your uploaded pic) it will come up saying " copied", OR by highlighting the line and ,right click copy, either way and then go in to aussiebowhunter and where you want the pic just simply paste in that img code and you have the picture in there now. There is no IMG button on the post site now. If you do that you will have no problems, fingers crossed. Cheers Chris
