hey guys

i recieved a set of pig tusks from a freind up north.
so could somebody tell me how to score them by any chance lol.

also the person that guesses the dp's the closest wins lots of satisfaction that they can score well. bit of fun anyway

Nice set of tusks mate:D I reckon they will go around 28dp?
I can't find the post on how to measure tusks yet but I'm sure someone will put it up soon! A picture explanation will make it much easier for you to understand!

I would say around the 26 4/8 mark. Still nice set of hooks

i had a go at measuring but it seems a little high. will have to get a good tape meausre that bends well. will see if i can find one at home

The best tapes for measurments are the ones you get from the sewing shops, they have the little 1/4" wide fellas that are real good for this type of thing.

both tusks are over 8'' long and the grinds are both over 2.5'' long. cannot measure it properly without a good tape measure. might have to buy one from the sewing shop like grunter mentioned

try using copper wire.just cut it off at desired point.straighten out and place on your rule or tape ,to get the nessacary measurement.hope this helps

There a darn nice set of dog rippers you got Jack. I reckon they might go high 28's maybe even low 29's, either way, they will look good on the wall..............

well i tried my best with a peice paper that i measured with a ruler.
i got a about 28 2/4 give or take some.
when i get a proper sewing dress thingy tap measure i will be able to get it correct.
