Gday guys,
Went out for a hunt yesterday morning to our goat place we normally go to.Climbed the first hill and to our surprise we were greeted by goats everywhere. I put in my first hunt at a group of goats "rutting" on a hill 600m away. They moved down into a gully making it easier for me to get a shot off. The first billy stepped out from a boulder at 30 m away when i let him have it. He was a beaut of a billy, a nice black one. I seen another mob of goats in the mean time unspooked and thought before i collect him i'll have a crack at them. I crepped in close enough for a shot and managed to down 2 billies. One took a bit of tracking to find him. I took my photo with the two and headed of to the car as my uncle was waiting for me. On the way home I began replaying the hunts in my head when all of a sudden i remembered i forgot to go collect the first black billy. I was absolutely spewing and we were a good 2hr away now. Ah well. Here are the pics. Still a good way to start the new yr, especially on the aussie long weekend. ;)
