folks,
im looking at changing from my previous 125gr "wide" ribteks to the 125gr narrows with the hope of having better consistency when grouping with broad heads, anyone have any comments or experiences ?

im shooting them on 31" 2219 GG2's with long aluminium inserts on a 65lb pse brute.

Google the Easton Tuning Guide. Read the section about paper tuning and give it a go. Once your bow is paper tuned, you should get better broadhead flight. Also, you need to "Spin Up" your broadheads. If the broadheads don't spin up true, they will cause the shaft to wobble. This will cause planing which will in turn cause inconsistent broadhead flight (The broadhead will be fighting the fletching too much and will cause the shaft to pull to one side). You shouldn't have to change from a Wide to a Slim to improve your groupings if the broadheads spin up well and the bow is paper tuned and shoots bullet holes with field points.

Cheers,

Jase.
