How good is 4days off work :D

And being lovers of the bush i imagine we all have made plans to get out into the scrub for the Easter break.

Myself, i'll be heading down to a property near Braidwood (southern nsw) chasing a few pigs aswell as, hopefully, a few fallow deer. About 2 years ago i went to this particular property and found a few rub trees so i think there's a few deer around. Fingers crossed i'll see a few.

Whats the rest of ya's up to?

Anyway, Happy Easter and Happy Bowhuntin,

Cheers, Cam :D

Looking at a new property.

The one I have been hunting has shown no sign for a month.

Time to move on, before the Roar starts.

Just Fishin' for me!

I went out fishing last night with my sister and her hubby. I used soft plastics for the first time and scored a couple of flathead. They only came up with a bream between them!

Oh, and I scored a lure! Someone snagged it and lost it, somehow I snagged the lure and reeled it in! Go figure!

First stop cod fishing, second stop fallow deer goats and pigs, Last stop 10 days on the red deer.

Bowmancam I know that braidwood country and every year the fallow get more and more spread and the numbers have been increasing rapidly. I think you'll find you'll see a few. Last year I was spotting them all over the place just on my way down the coast.

Everyone drive safe and have a good one. And don't come back if you ain't got Photos to share. Adam

p.s 4 days make that a month

Myself, southy and another good mate are spending 10 days in the hills south of Tamworth, big boars, goats, reds and fallow are on the cards, have been waiting for this for a long time - i wonder if 30 arrows will be enough.........

No luck yet Coach? Hopefully things will get busier after easter anyhow all the best to you and your family.
A bit of hunting, as I will have my young fella for Easter that will keep me occupied with him and his motorbike (only 9) & a bit GT4 on Playstation 2
To everyone a safe and happy easter.

Hate to boast but i am just finishing the first week of 6 weeks rec leave. Plans for easter are to do what the minister for war and finance tells me to in order to get some brownie points up - then as soon as she goes back to work i am off chasing goats and pigs up around Bathurst NSW.....

Cheers

Cleaning up after the bloody cyclone for 2 days then hopefully on the Grizzly chasing pigs but I am unsure of access to the property yet, I will have to wait and see.

Take it easy on the roads and have a safe one everybody.

Cheers Noel

Was to be going away camping over easter, but that is on the back burner now,so staying home, might venture out over the weekend after a fox and some ducks.

Finally sold my house so i am packing. A mate at work has a few wild dogs hanging around about 5 mins from home so i might get a crack at 1. Good luck to everyone heading bush.
