Got back out to for a hunt to try out the new bow. Was on the property at 6pm friday. Straight over to see if any pigs were about. Seven Suckers were running around I sat off high watching to see if anything bigger turned up as the light started to fade I moved in on the suckers hoping they would get some company didn't happen. I took a shot on one 15m last light. He did the bolt into the blackys with the rest. Crawled right in the next day to find him turns out he was on the other side out in the open.

Next day first light Saw a pig about 30 kilo didn't get that close he slipped it to the blackberry.
After a bit of walking found a nice billy Tried a stalk but got busted.
Alot more walking came across three bedded billys got the wind right and stalked into 20m. Sitting down wind they really stank waited about 15min till one got up for a stretch. Slipped an arrow into him.

Had a feed then down to the river spooked a few nannies And saw more suckers

Packed up all my gear and cleaned up. The car was packed and i look up to see a good billy with to young kids ( I found it a bit strange). gear out and on raced up the other side of the hill only stuff up a shot at 30m still getting use to the new bow (used wrong pin) couldnt get any closer no cover. Back to the car for the drive home.
About an hour into the drive i saw a Nice Fallow Buck feeding out in a paddock. So Im planning a bit of door nock next time im out there.
Had good time was busted more than i would like but if it was easy it wouldnt be much fun Be great to get onto the fallow.
