Saw a great idea the other day on the footy show, about what the strapper carries in his bum bag out onto the field.
Rectinol, it has an antiseptic in it and stops bleeding! I thought what a good item to carry hunting in case of a bad cut (broadhead / knife etc.)
Anything different that you carry in your first aid kit whilst hunting?

Rectinol is also an excellent burn cream. We had this on the old site, what to carry in your kits on hunts, there was good info in that thread.

Apart from, bandaids,bandages, space blanket etc, etc, for cuts I carry needle & sutures & super glue:)
