Just wondering what fletching jig would any one recommend to buy as im thinking about starting to make my own arrows. Ill be making wooden arrows,and also what type of glue would anyone recommend?
any info about making them would be great as well.

i have the bohning fletching jig and think they work really well i've fletched about 30 arrows and had no probs, and they arent that expensive $50 i think

As Snakey said Bohning make a good jig. Jo Jan is another good jig. There are really expensive jigs as well like the Dial-o-Fletch but all depends what you want to with your arrows, but you don't have to spend big dollars to fletch arrows...Glenn...

cheers i had a look at the bohning and it seems alright what stores stock them Abbey archery would wouldn't they??

I have a bohning as well works well. I got a heap of other stuff at the same time from 3rivers cost me about $25. Ebay has them also. I use loctite 406 to glue it on dry's in 3 seconds and then put a drop of fletchtite platnum at each end of the fletch on both wood and carbon without one coming off yet. Its good fun making your own arrows up im sure you will enjoy it.

im sure you can get them at abbey archery, check their website, i got mine from archery supplies

I got my bohning from Abbey in Syd. It was about $50 iirc.
