What sort of area are you going to be in mate, High mountains or flat and dry?

This may sound like I'm being a smart alec, but you will find them where they are!

Not knowing what type of bush you are hunting, they could be anywhere. Both Pigs and Goats like the sun rays on a cold morning, look on the cleared sunny side of hills as the sun comes up. Pigs like choked gullies ie; gullies that are chockers with black berry and ferns. Goats like to eat anything, but if there is some nice grass they will walk past the crap to get to it. Rocky outcrops are a likely spot to look for goats in the middle of the day when they may like to rest up.

Hunting a new place is always fun, the fun part is that you may stumble onto game at anytime, anywhere.

Dale.

Around june and july you may be able to find the boars by all the noise they are making as you find a lot of sows come on heat at that time of year and the boars will start to fight and you will hear them for a fair distance.
