Carbons for meat hunting

Was told by an archery shop today that you can''t use carbons in the US if you intend to eat the meat as it is " illegal". I think this is crap but would like to nkow if others know of this.

The guy at the shop was bull****ing you. Many, many people all across the USA use carbon arrows to take game intended for the table. There are no laws against it on the books anywhere AFAIK

Just talked to my brother in law back in the States( an active bowhunter). And yes you were being bull****ted. (I knew it without asking but wanted to be positive)
