gluing broadheads

is it ok to use hot melt glue to glue in broadhead inserts or should i be using araldite. If i use araldite i cant re align the b/head if it dosen't spin true?

What is the best glue that work's for carbon's is it ok to use hot melts on nocks,inserts and broadheads, i here some people using different glue on other parts not all the same.
