TBGA Stickers

Ive got a mate who owns a sign making company that also makes stickers. He reckons he can put together 2colour stickers for under a dollar each if we get 100. Maybe someone else can find cheaper ones.

If you guys are keen to put together a reasonably simple design i will get a quote.

Between Adam, Glenn, Barry (maybe) and myself we still have heaps (HEAPS!) of stickers left from the first run we had a few years ago...we've had them advertised here for ages and I believe not had too much interest...

I even extended an offer of free stickers to the first 50 people who sent me a stamped self addressed envelope...I got a whole 2 people wanting them and then only received 1 envelope.

I guess I'm saying that unless people pay up first it has proven not to be a viable option in the past...I would love to be proven wrong but I don't think it's fair for any of the Admin team to be out of pocket indefinitely until the stickers are sold and costs are covered...esp given the evidence from past sticker sales...

Just a thought...

sure mate...hey thanks for the idea...I don't want to sound negative or put a downer on your inspiration...mate we love it when you guys wanna give us a hand with running stuff or site promo etc etc!!! Believe me, doing it all yourself (not negating all the help I've had from Adam, Glenn and more recently Bazz too) is a little tiring after a while.

We encourage all you guys to come forward with your ideas...please!!!

I just thought I'd let you know how this had gone in the past and then you could make up your mind from there how much further you'd want to pursue it.

You can get a sticker by sending me a PM and I'll PM you back my postal addy...then send me a self addressed stamped envelope to send you your stickers in...that easy!

Luke can you post what the sticker looks like...

If it has has our website address on it ....I would be interested to give the Secretary of Bowhunting in Europe a few to pass arround over there so the site can get more exposure....

He will be out in 3 weeks to hunt with us....

He could take them back with him and he is also doing a story on us and I want to put TBGA site in the articles as well

Now now Luke lets not be cynical :D , seriously though I have been very impressed with the willingness of our community to work towards this as being a communal effort.

As proof we are going to get the shirts sorted and most of that effort has come from members (Jason, Coach, Warlocke). It is however true that it will need to be done on a money upfront basis so no one is out of pocket.

I think those stickers are cool :D
