I'm keen to ring ya up and have a yarn, I have a fair idea what I've done but wouldn't mind chattin before I go to see a Doc or Physio for real

thanks in advance,

Luke

Mate sorry to hear that.I fell about 2 weeks ago and landed on my right shoulder, thought I had broken my collarbone again, damn it is sore.
Doc reckons I have just tore muscles etc in under the shoulder blade and will take quite awhile to heal. Can barely pull the bow back at the moment.

Hope you get some good news on your knee.

After 4 knee operations, 3 of them where need because of the first one!

I would make sure that you see get a good doc (they are hard to find), and then get a second opinion, if it comes to that!

See ya Pete.

sent ya a pm Luke, hear from you soon I expect.

Shoulders are nasty, tearing muscles is usually worse than breaking the bones. Long hours of rehab - don't skip any of it, as these muscles are stamina muscles really and so need to be built up slowly to recover their strength. Needs lots of reps to get plenty of blood flowing. Heat is usefull if you can get it deep enough, try an infrared lamp or if still no good get off to a physio clinic to get some deep tissue heating done (short wave diathermy or hight strength magnetic field heating).

Thanks Ed.I am using a Tens machine in conjunction with a ray lamp and physio 3 times a week.It is getting better but looks like it will take awhile before I will be shooting at the range.
