Well its been coming for a while now but I have decided to hang up the Camo bow and concentrate on my target shooting. My son is very keen on competing at more target events this year after his success at the Junior Nats so instead of sitting and watching I will be competing as well, so I need to get my s... together.

I have sold all the hunting bows but keep a look out for some bargains in the classified section.

I still reckon you should keep a bit of gear and save it for a father son hunitng holiday one day. Your son might get the bug and want to challenge his accuracy on game, you never know. Best of luck in whatever you choose to do and hopefully the passion for the hunt will come back.

A few years ago, i had a fishing drought. I didnt get time to go for a while, then when my time was free'd up a bit i had lost the urge and was out taking photos with my spare time. Thinking i was over fishing, i sold my boat, and my 2 kayaks.
6 months after, i ended up half heartedly fishing at lake mokoan one afternoon. I landed a nice yellowbelly and it was back on. I had the fishing bug and couldnt get out often enough. Talk about a few regrets.....
