Guys now that I've worked out how to post photos, thought I might give an update on the dingo pup from my articles in Bowhunting Downunderhttp://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y43/Dingo29/dingoes/P1010881.jpg

Coach I used to let run for a couple of hours late in the afternoon,
the neighbours ducks copped a flogging, he suspected her but never caught her. Now I walk her on a lead each afternoon and take her for a big bush run each weekend. She is great, but if it moves her thinking is chase it and kill it! I have watched her actually run down hares.

I have three dogs love them all (Kate & Tiara) are both dingo cross Tiara I found out bush over six years ago but a totally different temperament to Kate, Tiara I can trust. Kates law is if it moves chase it! I still chase dogs at every oppurtunity, killed six since I found Kate but about three weeks ago I saw a dog the same size as Kate only fifty yards from the original den and I believe to be the other black pup in the photo at the front of the den. I must be getting old and soft I didn't shoot. When it smelt me it went like a rocket, so I didn't even get a photo.

Nothin wrong with being a little soft now and then (except when the lights go out  )
Thats one of the reasons why i put up the brumbie thread,to see if i was the only softy here... YAY i'm not alone
Im not a softy, im a hard, tuff man (thats what i tell myself anyway)
Love the photo's H.Dog
Cheers Cam
I'm as weak as piss sometimes, but I reckon thats what makes a true hunter and is also the difference between killing and hunting. Does that make sence to anyone.
Some days its just good to look and not touch.

No when the others bark she just sits quietly. She is music to the ear when she howls, I just love the sound.
Although I read an article on the internet that said if they live with domestic dogs that they may learn to bark in time?
HD glad to see that she is doing well. How did the other dogs take to her???? are they good mates or not??

HD loved those articles u wrote, really top stuff, what Adam said makes perfect sense, there is a big difference between being a hunter and a shooter, it has got nothing to do with being soft, I think its called compassion.

Found them on the day they were being born & took Kate 5 weeks later when I found her abandoned at the den. There was a 2 part article in Bowhunting Downunder on her, Adam was on the cover Aug/Sep 2003?
Will post an update soon, getting close to her Birthday!
Cheers

Way to go Kate. I am with Bazza on that story. I know a lot here who have watched her grow from a small pup to the fine dog she is now. Great to see her having a ball as a family member with you Ken.
