Why this animal?

I am new to the group and don't want to make waves, just a question. Why use tha particular animal on the logo? Why not a boar, buff, goat or a blend of them all etc?

Thats not our logo mate just a design some nice guys done for us for a
t-shirt run. Our the next few runs we will change the animal to another Australian hunted game animal.

skip, if you're referring to the deer at the top of the forums, this is most definitely NOT our logo...check out the sticker thread to see a bit of an idea as to what our real logo looks like in "2D"...or the "sneak preview" thread on the announcements forum to see the real thing down the bottom left hand corner of the new pages...

the deer is a makeshift image ONLY til I get to changing it to the original logo...thanks mate..

is the easiest url to remember one that IS the actual NAME of the site/place you're looking for?

google.com for example?

this is why I went with the url I did in the first place...sure it's longer but it IS what you're looking for and is therefore EASIER to remember in my opinion.

yes, for sure, but an additional url...bowhunter.com.au or something along the lines that have been suggested in another thread would also be a great idea to point people here AS WELL AS the original URL...

Yeah coach we are not talking about changing the url just adding a new one as an alternative. ie two addresses pointing to the same spot.
