Dont take this as gospel..just the latest goss...it appears the US Ross dealers who have cleared their stock over Ebay...some bellow half price...may pay dearly for the damage caused to the bow company and other dealers who have maintained manufacturers retail price(mrp)....it appears every Ross dealer had signed a contract not to trade on the net..or breach mrp...and as Ross is still a company, legal action may follow.
My belief is Savage Arms owns Bowtech????(maybe someone can verify?)...who has Diamond, and soon to have Ross(may be incorrect)....Bowtech is very stringent in enforcing the same policy...so apart from legal action..they may have bare shelves next year.....although some buyers have grabbed a great deal..the ebay sales have hurt the loyal dealers...and anyone(like me) who paid top $..and now have their resale value slashed:mad:.....im wondering whever Fred Bear will follow..as their new bows have also suffered the same fate.....remmember this is only hearsay and not yet printed fact;)
