G'day Kassidy,
welcome to the site mate.

Can you tell us a bit more about yourself?

How old are you, how tall, what is your draw length, what type of compound (don't know of a trad bow that will shoot that fast) are you thinking of, what is your price range etc etc.

It will really help us give better answers.

Once you get a better idea mate, go check out our classifieds or one of our sponsors if you're after a brand newy. Always very good deals around.

cheers,

Luke

being 15 you'll find it hard to get a bow to 300+ fps cos when a bow is measured by imo its tested at 70lbs and 28'' i think and like i said being 15 you'll be on a 40-50lbs i would say... i'm 15 and my bow is 55lbs on 28 and going about 260 fps

mate what biuld are you?

if you a build like me (rather large) than you should easilym pull back 50#

my bow currently is 60# at about 28" and i am 14 years old.

i wouldnt recomend over doing the poundage i made that misrtake be fore and did my shoulder for a little swhile. have you got any training in archery at all?

being 15 i think you would have trouble as has been said before to find a bow that will go 300+ fps at your age like me. and i dont believe that it is really inportant to have your bow going 300+ fps 250 fos is fast enough.

so give us some more info!

 Do you own a bow already? And why does it need to fling arrows at 300fps? Plus what are you planning on hunting and where?
