Sankey,
I use one of these and when set up correctly are as good as anything on the market. They have a rubber button on the bottom of the launcher that eliminates any noise from the launcher after the shot.
The advantage I see over a wisker biscuit is that if you have an arrow nocked and are crawling through grass and whatever, the bristles get compressed from pushing the bow and arrow through the grass and they will not recover when your ready for the shot.(not sure if others have had this problem)
I have it on a Hoyt Vulcan and originally had some trouble with fletch contact to begin with and was told the only way to fix the problem was to fit a spring in the cord that controls the rest(this advice came from some very experienced archers), I didn't like that idea and eventually discovered it was the bows timing that was causing the contact issues.
I will be fitting these to all my bows when I have some spare coin.

The spring in the draw cord allows you to keep the rest in the up position for a longer time after release..without putting undue pressure on the cable which affects tune..giving more accuracy...you adjust the spring until you get the right amount of rest support percentage..
