Gidday all, just wondering if anyone has a good quality takedown recurve for sale at the moment as i sold my hoyt gamegetter to assist me in getting the new katera. Now i'm missing out on the bowfishing side of things as i don't want the katera anywhere near the saltwater.

Cheers, JOSH.

Mate there is no such thing as good quality and cheap.
Like all things you get what you pay for, so buy the best you can afford.

Cheers Mate

You can get Samick and Internature recurves for that price, and although they're not my personal cup-of-tea (Damn my expensive tastes!), I have seen numerous photographs of downed scrub bulls, pigs, brumbies taken with these bows. In fact, in reading an old ABA magazine article about Steve Kidd and Mick Baker taking big game with these bows, the fire was lit to use traditional archery tackle to hunt with.
