Trophy Bowhunts

Steve and I went out to have a look arounmd for a couple of days while the owners where away. We scored the job of looking after the place while they where away.
It was a very relaxed trip with a couple of hours hunting each day. Steve lucked out on the Chital but nearly scored a doe but as usual the lightning reflexes saved her again. He also had a monster Stag walk up behind him only to cut the scent at 40m. Gooone.
Steve scored one sow.
I was very lucky and scored 2 for the trip A stag (125DP) and a doe. I also wound a arrow around a stag that would have easily made the Australian record..God they are super fast, didn't even cut him even though it looked good. NEXT TIME....I managed a small Boar as well.
The Widow is starting to make a name for herself.
