release aids vs finger shooting

what do you use and why.
I use a scott caliper release aid and have never looked back.
the other day i shot 3 arrows with my release aid then 3 with my fingers the difference was outstanding the releases aids arrows were right but the ones i shot with my fingers were all over the place.
anyway i guess it's what your used to.

i use a cheap release aid , it does the job fine and my opinion on releses is that they are great , more consistant ect.. then finger shooting.

and on the higher poundage bows there is a bonus of not hurting ur fingers when you shoot heaps.
