Just wanted to say good on ya guys, there was a problem but it was fixed and i left the store a VERY satisfied customer. I wont go into detail but i felt maybe i was a little upfront with them about it but as they say the customer is always right and they stuck by this. So yeh this is my way of saying thanks and sorry cause i really feel it is a great store with great employees any sydney locals i highly recomend checking them out if you havent already.

Being a feedback section i guess i should add my 2cents aswell..

I've bought 75% of my gear from bensons ... Mick Benson is a legend!!! I would have waited even longer to shoot my first hog if he hadnt introduced myself to Brett Vercoe, and im in his debt forever for that. But, to be honest the rest of the crew need to pick up their act. I went in to pick up a peep sight about a month ago, and i have to say, the salesman i got was WELL below par (G.B) Very disinterested and left a very poor impression. I also have had problems with arrows bought complete with vanes coming off before a shot has even been taken... I really hope they lift their game ...

Like i said, just my 2 cents, and i hope i havn't rained on your parade Bowriver

Ok well since we're going into detail i was quite shocked at there reaction, it was there mistake and it was insinuated that i might not have been telling them the truth(which i was). I was just happy that when i showed them there mistake they did something about it. And to me admitting they had made an error is something that some shops would not do. And you're right Bob check prices elsewhere first as not everything is a steal but isnt that the same with buying from anywhere? I always got told never take the first price you're quoted, always get a second opinion. Dont worry Cam you havent rained on my parade :D
