G'day,

I'm writing this for Connor, who is driving me crazy with requests for some broadheads. Do you know of any LIGHT (85gr?) B.H's and if you do, what size arrow do they fit?
He's got some Cartel Strikers ATM and they're very small in diameter.
Would I need to get some G.T'.s or similar with a more "robust" diameter.

Thanks,
Connors manager. :D

you could also try taking a 100gr head like the tusker spirit and then narrow the blade down a bit to take off some weight - 15gr is all you need, so thats not a huge amount. also if your talking about 85grs total for a screw-in point, then maybe look for some 100gr screw-in broadheads that you could file a bit of weight off.

BTW, if your using carbons, i've found that going up in point weight often wont affect flight negatively, so you could just change both field points and broadheads to the 100gr weight, then finding a hunting head the same weight wont be a problem, and 15gr isnt a big difference when your talking about carbons IMO.

Yeah Brian,

The trouble is he's only pulling a light weight. I think I will get him some blunts. I think maybe broadheads arent a good idea yet for him anyway,on second thoughts.

Thanks ,
Mark

GOOD ON YA COACH...
good to heaR THE TRUTH AT LAST.
i do like the g5 montecs they are excellent ,
accurate, strong, but even a bit exxy for me.
they also make a bit of a noise in the air.
my mate from down south uses them.
and they are fine,fine,fine,

but if you want a good 85gr head try the muzzys.

here i go again...i love them lots ,use them lots,
kill lots of big critters with them.
