im looking to buy a gps for hunting. got a budget. (havent we all). anyone know of a good value for money ($350) gps out there? and where can i buy it? :D

I use a Garmin etrex, i find it does all i need and i think they retail under $200.
Only complaint is they tend to lose signal occasionally when in your pocket, but you just need to hold it out for a few seconds and all is well.

I got a Garmin Etrex as well.Johnny Appleseed in Sydney had it for $269 delivery by overnight freight..A good unit I reckon. I'd be lost without it.HAHAHA I crack me up.

yep I would agree with the etrx they are a beaut little unit my been goin for around 5-6 years no probs at all just batteries.

my inlaws have arrived from overseas. i just donated $1000 towards their sightseeing trip to sydney. there goes the gps for a while. my generosity may get me lost! :lol:
