I leave the Foxes untill I am sure there are no Deer about.
Last weekend whistled one up and the sly old Dog worked around behind me to get my scent.
One day I will go out specifically for Foxes, they do present a challenge.
Well done.

hey Axe, havent hunted deer yet but hope to do so soon, there is a mob of about 18 fellow deer about 3 hours drive from me but the property owner shot one about 3 months ago for meat and hasent seen them since  any way once they come back Adam and me will go check them out :D (Adam WILL be leaving his bow at home.... TINNY prick that he is  )
The photo of you and your deer is top stuff ol mate
Well done. Have still yet to nab one myself. Come close a couple of times. My chance will come.
Thanks Arra, but as I said in the "Behind Wire" thread, right place right time, have taken a few others, (generally for meat) not in his league but took much more stalking and gave as much satisfaction. Hope you get yours soon! :D
congratulations arra, they are a pretty animal and you always get excited when you see them running in :)
