carbon arrow weights?

if you do weight up your carbons , what do u put in them .
i found that the controller cord from a playstation controler fits snugg into my carbons , weighs them up OVER 550

why not try the round rubber used to lock in fly screen. 2nd hand stuff they'd give it away
