I asked Kim for some arrows for my son. I emailed him for his bank account details when he emailed me the price. I got a reply wanting my address etc. 2 days later the arrows turned up. Kim not knowing me personally sent the arrows to me without any payment. It is a pleasure to deal with someone that is into customer service i will from now on recommend kim to all my mates and use him for my gear. A lot of other dealers could learn from this man. thanks again kim and the cheque is in the mail........ :lol:

I just had my first dealings with Kim and i cant say enough nice stuff about him, hows this for example, a hunting opportunity just popped up so i hit him up for some late minute carbons and his responce was : quote- " The prob is that my shipment of shafts from the US has been held up and I have nil stock of either spine in at the moment.If you have no arrows at all for the hunting trip I could send you some of my own " ...

need i say anymore ... :wink:
