I went to this shoot and must say it is by far the best shoot I have ever done.I have shot 3d at the ABA and I relise all that all clubs set up the courses diff but the 3DAAA concept works great. It is a sudden death thing with only one arrow on each target so EVERY shot has to be on the money and all the differant angles and distances make for good shooting conditions. If anyone is considering going to one of these shoots should def give it a go.
Cheers KIM

Was that you, shooting with those three old farts? :D
Every course had fresh signs of deer, rubs and broken twigs, everywhere.
I was forunate to shoot with Darryl Bulger, who certainly knows Red deer and how they act, leading up to the rut.
The course was not the easiest,I think the scores reflected that, and that bl**dy hill, that you had to keep walking up, it sorted out the old men from the boys. :) even though I shot like crap, it was worth going :D

Yep that was me with them.I shot pretty well and thought that the course was set out really well.I will be going to others that is for sure but now I need to get a target bow. :D

It is good fun, when your with good company. :D Those old buggers are pretty good shots,I'm going to have my work cut out to catch them.I was surprised to find out [an hour ago] I had come 3rd. I left for home early because I didn't think I was in the hunt. I was just happy enough to have won the top 10. :D

Well get ready mate I will have my new Apex7 in a couple of days and the training has begun. :D Are you going to the round in Ipswich?
I have a far bit to learn as I have also started with a back tension release so it feels a bit differant.
Cheers KIM

Ipswich is the State Titles, 29th and 30th April. I'll be there. :D What class will you be contesting Kim? there's plenty of club 3D shoots from now to then. If you have a colour Fax, I could send you a 2006 Shoot Calendar?.

Kimall

Mate I am not sure what class I will shoot I dont really know all the rules but I will be shooting release with pin sights and short stabalizer.
I dont have a colour fax but I am really keen to shoot as many shoots as I also am going to shoot at the world iffa shoot in june and need some match fitness :D I just dont really want to travel any more than a few hundred kms to do it.
Cheers KIM
