Hey piggy, are you going to post that thread you posted on the last site about your red deer.? Because I was really loving that thread! Just curious. :wink:

Mate there's a lot more to tell proberly to much for me to write but basically i caught a prof shooter shoot him from crown land when the stag was in private property ( he didn't have permission to shoot on that property) then when i spoke to him i photoed his vehicle and the dead stag. I returned with vid and saw him enter prop (Without permission as property is posted no trespassing and i have spoken to owners) and remove carcass and relocate into crown land. He has commited a number of offences for which i have photos and vid of him and vehicle inc reg. I will keep all posted as to the outcome

thats one of the worst bloody things ive heard. i hope you take all the evidence in to to the approriate people and they kick his arse. that sort of thing deserves a huge fine and firearm licence suspension.
if he gets away with it id torch his damn car. what an absolute piece of **** person he must be.
if you need any help, let me know. my uncle was senior sergeant of a neighbouring town, so he knows who to see to make sure it doesn't go unpunished.

One thing we have to take into account is that these deer were entering
another property and damaging the fruit trees so i do feel they needed to be delt with, it just should have been within the law so then i couldn't ***** about it.
On the up side i have found several new properties with red, fallow, sambar and the owner tells me he has seen pigs :lol:

And this poaching just go's on and on, no matter what state we live. Mate that really stinks. Maybe 'you' might have better luck at getting these blokes punished than what I did with the guy's I found up in the N.P on the QLD, NSW border......Scott

i seem to have a pretty high success rate with victorian properties. ive only been turned away from 1 out of 10 door knocks. :D

They use to let rifle shooters on until they did the wrong thing and he likes the idea of the bow hunting the deer

Yes mate got on, my only concern is that they are having big problems with the deer and have just taken out permit to cull and am not to happy about going on with pro shooters there to cull the deer so might give this one a miss will know more in the next few days
