Whistling Outbacks

I know this was on the old site but is there a seckret to stopping the whistling that the outbacks create???

I don't get whistling from my outback hunters but a few guys have solved the problem with vas. I shot my last 4 deer with the hunters and they kicked butt.

I use the hunters and had a couple that whistled.
I found that for me the problem was the small gaps between the blade and the alloy adaptor I filed them with a drop of loc-tite 401 (as sugested by Pedro I think it was) and that stoped them from whistling.

i just got some more outbacks the other day and put a couple on to tune them and they also had a whistle to them so ill give these tips a go, thanks. the last lot did'nt make a sound so it should'nt be to much wrong :) :) getting ready for some record class goats this weekend :wink: :lol: :lol: 8)
