Hi guys,
i was reading the tally thread and noticed that all but fallow were categorized as stag and hind whereas fallow were buck and doe.
Does anyone know why this is/what the difference between "stag" and "buck" is (and "hind" and "doe")? or is it just one of those "that's just the way it is" things?

Just the general names for the male and female of the species.

Stag (Red, Samber)
Buck (fallow, whitetail)
Bull (elk, moose)
