outbox for PM's

Hi guys, just wondering when a pm dissappears from my outbox and shows up in my sent box it means the recipient has opened it right? As in if it goes to me sent box i can be pretty sure they have it but havent replied?

Yeh that sounds like me, i can be a real pr*ck hole sometimes. Usually only in retaliation, USUALLY.
