nocking point

Gaday fella's...When setting up a compound bow from scratch where is the initial setting for the nocking point..ie..dead centre between axle to axle,high or low???

That was quick Coach....So if using a square i would have to asume that the rest is put onto the bow first and then the nocking point is put on to suit..
