NT Hunt

Hey guys thought I'd share my hunt that have just done over in Nortern Territory. Went down to the Katerine Area with high hopes of getting amongst the pigs. Well as you know they just had a lot of rain. It was too late to pullout so Myself and my Mate Sam went over. I t was hard finding the pigs as there was alot of water, and grass that would hide an elephant. I did bag my first decent boar after a lot of miles for which i am very proud off even though not being of huge teeth. Took him with one arrow using 135grn Supremes through both lungs. He only went 40 meters. It was also My first kill with the new Switchback XT as well. Haven't been bowhunting for more than a year so it has been a real buzz!
Did catch a few barra and managed to make quit a few contacts that have invited us back to hunt their properties. I am already looking at planning a trip back when the dry comes in.

u must be pleased with ur first kill with ur new bow as well

plenty of long grass and water makes it hard to hunt.
