There's good advice there Carl, I have used all three methods for fixing twisted limbs. Have to be carefull with the heat gun as you can damage to the limb if not used correctly. For badly twisted recurve limbs the hot water treatment works the best and once fixed with the hot water method they usually stay fixed, and the safest for anyone to use...Glenn...

i used the hot water method and the results were great on my hoyt hunter :D
