The Boar War- by Clint Picking
After watching this movie several hundred times I must say I have nearly worn out my dvd :) This is a very good hunting flic for whoever hunts hogs or even if you are thinking about it you will learn somthing from it.
This is a non stop hog after hog dvd so if you just want see non-stop action this one is for you, the sound is good and the picture quality is very good to excellent :D
8 1/2 out of 10 from me

Yes top dvd and top quality presentation.
I have this DVD to. BUT for me on my DVD player as well as a couple of others (different brands) the sound is either non-existant or very very low even when volume control is at peak.
Sent it back and got another one promptly but alas it turns out it must be the dvd players. So I don't get to watch it often. Have to use my mates DVD player until I get a new one,..................oneday.
But other then that it's a top hunting vid.

As I am recovering from recent emergency surgery (appendix removal), I have been watching a bunch of bowhunting DVDs this weekend, including "The Boar War'.
I quite enjoyed this video, as there was a fair amount of game caught on film and the hunters seemed to take some impressive trophy quality boars. Also, the technical aspects of the film (audio, cinematography, editing) were well done, with only a few audio glitches (which easily could have been my DVD player).
My only critique would be the number of 'front on' and 'quartering on' shots that were shown. While all of these shots shown were lethal, I would have preferred to have seen less of them in this production.
Overall, 4.5 out of 5. Well done!!!
