Gettin out da chunkies!

OK, so as you all saw, a few months back now, Scott and I went on our father - son hunt :D

I was able to take a ripper of a cat, a large ginger tom (my first pussy :twisted: ).

I took the head, boiled it, skinned it. I had no time to do the rest but have gotten it home and it has been frozen ever since.

My question: how do I get the chunkies out of the skull without breaking it? I mean the tounge, eyes etc is obvious but the brain has got me a tad stumped :?

hose buddy and boil it vinegar and water mix to make teeth stay in jaw

Take a thin piece of wire and shove it into the hole at the back of the skull and twist around until it minces it up then blow it out with a hose....not to hard as you could crack the skull.

If you want to make sure the teeth don't get lost you can stick it in a big milo tin and punch some smallist holes in it so the ants can get in and out but the teeth can't fall out.

i shot a kitten (baby rabbit) and got every thing out like eyes and tung with a razer blade and the skull was fine but i left the brain in :D

Luke I have found by far the best and cleanest way imo esp doing European mounts when you want a really clean mount is

Firstly taking asmuch flesh, tongue, etc off, Letting the blowies land and lay. Then wrap toilet paper around the head to take up and leakage (the maggots will dispose of the paper also. Wrap the head in a bag or two to seal the maggots in. About 2 days later unwrap it should already be really clean, wash the rice off(maggots) and boil up lik ethe boys have said. You wont need to dig nothing out as the inside will already be clean as after the boil. Hundreds of little cleaners doing the work for you, maggots

It works a treat mate done it to my last fallow head and is scent free, non greasy and white.

otherwise, just boil right up, scrap and hook all the goods off or out while warm, then bleach for 10 minutes.
