What do the members think, here are the options:

We would be checking content of posts to confirm eligibility. & if say not booked out we could then open up for other members to attend.

i think it is up to you and other admin to decide. we could have people that are members for 10 yrs and they could be the biggest d#cks and members that have only been short term members but have shown they are knowledgeable and willing to help. You can tell by the type of post to the type of person you are dealing with. I think you are putting your neck on the line mick you have the most say

Well answered guys....The point of this exercise is a true members hunt, whilst I can appreciate not all memebrs are going to get along but given the way I set this up, I would expect that even if a few don't get on they don't have to associate with each other.

I will control the hunting areas so that everybody gets equal chances. There is so much room in the compound that camps can be 300m apart.

You will be amazed that once people meet face to face things sometimes look different, not only that, it's far easier to comunicate your differences.

By the way all rules will be in force so I don't expect there to be any trouble.

Look everybody it is for a meeting of hunters just like any other gathering, we will be there for the enjoyment of outdoors and meeting new people....If it is anything like Bowcomp many new friends will be made. AND many opinions will change.

Good hunting all.
Mick

I will make sure everybody is happy with the conditions, just remember it can only be done with members support. It may not even be a issue as there are up to 40 places to fill, that in itself will be a great feat.

Mick like you said I would see it as a trip to put some faces to names and hopefully enjoy some great company.
If any game was taken thats just a bonus, hunting for me is not about taking game but enjoying our great country.

I agree with what most people here have said. I voted for the middle option but mainly because it will include me
(I think I'm still a few topics short though)
