Alan,
What poundage are you looking for.? With a 31" draw, you may be best served with a C riser, 64', 66", 68" bow length, so that finger pinch and smooth draw are not a problem.

Woody,I didnt know that a C riser was available.
I havent had much to do with archery for 25 years so have a lot of learning to catch up on..
I am looking for about 55# @ 31"

Aussie hunter, thanks for the heads up on Ebay.

Adam, thanks for offer, can get a new one out of the states for not much more.

Alan,
C risers havent been made since around the mid 70's. The magnesium C risers are very common on ebay.

Timber C risers still pop up occaisonally, but being very rare, cost much more.

Magnesium C riser bows usually go for less than $350 US on Ebay 8)

Thanks Woody,I have been told that since Fred died that all bear bows are made in Japan.
So to buy an old one is the way to go.
