View Full Version : Bowmerang List

Those who wish to participate in the journey of Bowmerang are to submit their names via PM to the Managment Team (that is, PM the member "Management Team).

Names will be taken. The first ten or so recipients will be listed so we all know where it is going and who will have it.

It has been proposed that the bow be delivered C.O.D. so you will have to pay the freight costs to receive the bow (and arrows, if any are to accompany it from the previous member).

It must be pointed out that arrows of the correct weight and spine MUST be used and that for some this will mean getting/making new arrows apart from the ones you already use. This is important as it would be tragic to see Bowmerang damaged throught complaicency.

Please factor these costs into your thoughts when putting your name on the list.

Thank you

Ok here's the bowmerang list.

In no specific order yet, the first list of members are:

Chris Mellon (WA)

Pat Mc (NQ)

Dale Furze (Vic)

Wellsy (NSW)

Luke (Q)

Adam Greentree (WA)

Clinglish (WA)

Scott (NSW)

Jodi (NSW)

Arraslinger (WA)

Trophy Bowhunts (NQ)

Howling Dog :?:

Barry (Q)

Noel (NT)

Hood (SA)

PaulR (Q)

Puk (SA)

NormGunston (Japan)

Now, in order to avoid the bow going back and forth across the country and so it's cheaper on postage for each person we'd like to make sure it goes "around" Oz. So, if those members with a :?: next to their name could please PM Luke we'll sort out an efficient route for the bowmerang to travell.

Thanks.

The Bowmerang is currently in the expert care of "Wellsy" after being passed to him by myself at the end of Bowcomp 06. :D

I'm sure that he will share with us the adventures he takes it on over the next couple of months and I look forward to reading them.

For those who want an estimate of the postage costs for the Bowmerang, it ended up costing me $17 cash on delivery through Aus Post. Scott sent the Bowmerang from Walcha in NSW to to me here in Brisbane, so the cost is quite reasonable. :D
