Yes but once set up it's a realativly cheap sport to partake in, unless you break your bow like I did. :(

HOBBY, did you say HOBBY...I don't know about the rest of you, but I would call it an obsession! Although i'm told the line between the two is a bit blurred anyway.

Sorry mate, can't help with your stabiliser.

Yeah Skip,
I think I might be trying to convince myself it's just a hobby. But sometimes I think of things other than bows etc.Sometimes....

Ned.

Seeing as your in Renmark why not try Archery Mart here in Adelaide.
I'll find their price list after work today and post a few prices for ya.

Nah, Skip,
I 've set up my target in da boosh, and everytime I change a setting on the bow, I lose an arrow in the leaf litter.
Also the club where i shoot has a rare arrow eating grass (shaftus invisibillus) this makes it hard!!
I'm getting some reflective tape today, for the arrows, that is.

Working in the RAAF has given me the opputinity to use the pistol range (after much hoop jumping). This lets me set up my targets in front of the mound (bullet catcher). If my sights (or skill) is out, the mound stops that grass from eating mine.

Thanks TB,
When I first saw that thing, I thought it was a steering wheel lock!
But yeah, maybe one of those CHEAP metal detectors ($50) would be the go.
I'm going in to the big smoke (Mildura!!) Monday, I'll see what **** S. has.
Thanks ,

Mark
