Hey all!

Just a quick one to let you know that there have been a few "fine tunings" to the site.

Firstly, the "announcements" forum is now an "admin and mod" only postable area. Admin have decided to take this step to allow an avenue by which we can make announcements about the site that aren't muddled up with general announcements of forum members. Members are still able to REPLY to posts and announcements made by any Admin or Mod. If any site members have an announcement to make (eg birth of next Australian Champion Bowhunter...please use the "general forum").

Secondly, and in light of the fact that we have changed the posting mentioned above we have added a new forum "Site suggestions and feedback" (or something like that) to allow you blokes (and girls) the means of communicating to us what you like to see done with the site and how you'd like to see it improved...pipe dreams and all that stuff...

Thirdly, and this is just a general type announcement, could we all please make an effort to keep the thread topics to that defined by the board upon which you are posting. For example, on the "soap box" please stick to "off topic" threads (ie, non bowhunting related stuff). On the "General" board, keep to general discussion, on the "tuning and technical"...you get the point. It will just help us keep all our topics and "themes" together and make it easier for us all to search for and find any information we might be after rather than having to jump all around to locate it...

I hope this is OK with you all...feel free to let us know your thoughts...:D

G'day all,

Just to let you know, the Tuning and Technical forum has been merged with Bowhunting Gear. The Management Team noticed that many of the topics were overlapping and that there was/is very little difference between the content of the two forums. With this in mind and to help with maintenance etc it was decided to merge the two.

All posts from both forums can now be found in the one place in chronological order that they were made.

Also, can I please remind members of the following:

Particularly with reference to the Soap Box, as a lot of "general bowhunting type discussion" is being conducted there.

thanks :D
