i just emailed them about my mates bowtech with a crack and anthony phoned me 10 min later and is ordering new limbs. What makes this so good is he did not sell the bow, he does not know me or the bows owner and my mate has lost the reciept and the shop he bought it from no longer exists. a better customer service you could not ask for. so a big thankyou to anthony at archery supplies. :)
