mate, once you've signed up to photobucket you can do it from there. you just click edit (i think) and select the percentage to shrink to. just keep clicking until you get em the size you want.

Check out "posting pictures for dummies" (nothing personal :wink: ) in the announcements section on the main page of these forums, then set up an account with photobucket.com, and resize your image there.
