hey could someone help with a peep plz

im getting my sites today but ive just realised i have no idea as to how to put a peep site in as i am only new to this bowhunting :shock: . its a peep that splits the string 3 ways but doesnt have any rubber tubey stuff :oops: . i was just windering how to tie it in and what with but i dont have any serving is there something else i could use? just steps on how to install would be great

Do you have access to a bow press? If so that makes the job alot easier as you just take tension off of the string, split it 3 ways (evenly) and insert the peep.
If you have to split the string without a bow press try the back end of a teaspoon or something similar. DO NOT USE a sharp object like a knife to prise the strings apart.

You can use dental floss at a pinch tied on the string at both the top and bottom of the peep to hold the peep in place. This works well if you have to slide the peep up or down to get the correct position.

thanks heaps for that that helped heaps can it go ion backwards or dosnt it matter.
